Dr. Georgia Kamintzi

Η ειδική Ορθοδοντικός, Δρ. Γεωργία Καμιντζή, αποφοίτησε από την οδοντιατρική σχολή της Αθήνας, όπου και διακρίθηκε για την επίδοση της. Μετά το τέλος των σπουδών της, εργάστηκε σε ορθοδοντική κλινική για δύο χρόνια, όπου απέκτησε μεγάλη κλινική εμπερία στην ορθοδοντική αντιμετώπιση των πλέον πολύπλοκων περιστατικών και ορθοδοντικών ανωμαλιών των δοντιών και των γνάθων.
Το 2013 εισήχθη στο πανεπιστήμιο «Maurice and Gabriella Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine» του Τελ Αβίβ στο Ισραήλ όπου και ακολούθησε πολυετείς μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με υποτροφία. Εκεί ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοδοντική και απέκτησε τον τίτλο της ειδικού Ορθοδοντικού με άριστα, καθώς και τον τίτλο του Master of Orthodontics,
Έχει δημοσιεύσει και συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή επιστημονικών άρθρων σε ξένα περιοδικά, προσφέροντας έτσι στην εξέλιξη της Οδοντιατρικής και της ειδικότητας της Ορθοδοντικής. Επιπρόσθετα, η Δρ. Καμιντζή αποτελεί μέλος της Αμερικανικής και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ακαδημίας Ορθοδοντικής.
Μετά την παρακολούθηση εντατικών σεμιναρίων σε εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο, έχει αποκτήσει πιστοποίηση στις τελευταίας γενιάς ορθοδοντικές τεχνικές και τεχνολογίες, όπως στην PAOO-Wilckodontics (χειρουργικά επιταχυνόμενη ορθοδοντική θεραπεία), στο Damon system (αυτόδετα σιδεράκια), στο Incognito system (γλωσσικά σιδεράκια), καθώς και στο σύστημα Invisalign (διαφανείς νάρθηκες).
Η Δρ. Καμιντζή ως ειδική Ορθοδοντικός, ασχολείται αποκλειστικά με το αντικείμενο της Ορθοδοντικής σε παιδιά, έφηβους και ενήλικες. Έχοντας στην κατοχή της ένα πλούσιο κλινικό, ακαδημαικό και ερευνητικό βιογραφικό στην Ελλάδα, το Ισραήλ και τις Η.Π.Α., είναι ικανή να αντιμετωπίσει τα πλέον δύσκολα και πολύπλοκα ορθοδοντικά περιστατικά.
Dr. Kamintzi is a specialist orthodontist. She graduated from the School of Dentistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where she was awarded as one of the top students. After the end of her studies, she practiced for two years in an orthodontic clinic, where she acquired valuable knowledge and clinical expertise on how to treat the most complex and difficult orthodontic cases.
In 2013 she was accepted at the «Maurice and Gabriella Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine» University of Tel Aviv in Israel, for postgraduate studies in the field of orthodontics with scholarship. There, she specialized in orthodontics, and she received the title of the specialist orthodontist with the highest academic achievement. Furthermore, she has received a Master's degree in Orthodontics from the same university with magna cum laude.
Dr. Kamintzi has co-authored many articles in international journals contributing this way to her science. In addition, she is a member of the American, the European and the Cypriot Association of Orthodontics, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.
She has participated in numerous continuing education seminars and courses nationally and internationally, and she has received certifiication in the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies, such as "PAOO-Wilckodontics" (periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics), "Damon System" (self-ligating braces), "Incognito System" (lingual braces), and "Invisalign System" (clear aligners).
Dr. Kamintzi practices with the philosophy to address patient's concerns and strive to meet these needs. She also practices with the philosophy to provide an individually-tailored treatment plan with a goal to deliver the highest possible level of care and service in the most efficient and effective way. Dr. Kamintzi strongly believes that educating patients about orthodontic treatment and their oral health are vital for a successful long term orthodontic treatment. Her calm and smooth chair-side manner is known to relax patients and make them feel at ease when it is time to receive orthodontic therapy.
Dr. Kamintzi, as a specialist orthodontist, practices exclusively orthodontics for children, teenagers and adults. With her strong clinical and academic background from Greece, Israel and the USA, she is able to treat even the most complex and difficult orthodontic and orthognathic cases. Orthodontics and especially working with children, is for Dr. Kamintzi her passion and her life's work.
